Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policies

By placing an order with Sanad Company, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the store's policies, and that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any local laws in force.

Cancellation Policy

At Sanad Company, we understand that you may change your mind after placing an order through us. Please note that if the order is canceled after its status is updated to "Ready for Delivery," only the service fee will be refunded, with the deduction of shipping fees, administrative fees (if applicable), and the electronic payment commission (whether paid or free) from the total amount paid.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the date of the order. These orders will be treated as ready for execution.

Refund for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled within 12 hours of the order date and paid via electronic payment methods, the amount paid will be refunded to the bank card or payment method used within 24 to 72 hours of processing the cancellation request, after deducting the electronic payment commission.
For orders canceled after 12 hours of the order date and paid via electronic payment methods, the amount paid will be refunded to the bank card or payment method used, within 24 to 72 hours of processing the cancellation request or receiving the returned services, after deducting the electronic payment commission.
If a prepaid order is not received by the customer, its status will be updated to "Returned" in the store, and the amount paid will be refunded as store credit within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned order. Please note that the return process may take 7-14 business days.

Exchange and Return Policies

After receiving your order from our store, if you wish to exchange or return the services, please contact customer service and submit an exchange/return request, including photos of the services received within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Our team will review your request, verify the availability of an alternative service for exchange requests, and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your request. If the request is accepted, details of the return will be provided, and the collection representative will contact you within 4-7 business days.

Other Terms

The company reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order that may affect the enjoyment of special offers by other customers.

The services displayed on our website and the gifts offered to our customers are for personal use or gifting to others, and we do not permit reselling to others.

The services displayed on our website are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill the requested services, we will notify you immediately to either cancel the order or proceed with a full cancellation as agreed upon.

All orders are subject to our approval or rejection. We reserve this right for any reason, such as inaccurate service descriptions, pricing errors, service delivery restrictions, or services not meeting our specifications, in which case the service will be withdrawn from our store and will no longer be available.

If we discover a pricing error in any service within a customer's order, we will inform the customer of the error immediately. We are not obliged to fulfill or deliver any order containing a service that was priced incorrectly, whether the error is in the original price or the discounted price. We reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund the full value of the order if prepaid, or the value of the services to be canceled if part of the order is still valid.
